My entire life, I watched my mom cook and serve for thousands. I really don’t think there was a day that went by that she wasn’t cooking for any less than 40 to 50 people, breakfast lunch and dinner. Dad ran a village hospital and orphanage. And of course they had their hands full chasing me around.
Mom always said breaking bread with the ones we love is what’s most important. Every block of this business has been influenced, one way or another, by my wonderful mother and father. With every event, I do my best to honor them by serving others.
